2007 English translation of the McDonald’s book was published in Chinese as “Yin-xi Quan-qou-hua (Globalization of Foodways)” in Taipei: the Zaoan Caijin Press.  The book was publicized on the United Daily (Lianhe Bao) in a review article, which recommended my chapter ( pp. 115-134) to Taiwan readers as the best research paper in the book.. The Chinese translation had two new forwards by Taiwan's leading commercial corporate board directors: Mr. Kao Ching-yuan (Tung-yi Company) and Tai shiang-yi (Wang-pin Conglomerates).
